On April 25th, 2020 I caught on fire in a flash fire from our family grill. I sustained 1st and 2nd degree burns on my face, hands and neck. The day after the fire I began painting as much as I was able to while bandaged up. The first 2 weeks I was only able to paint 10-15 minutes without excruciating pain. After months of extensive medical care and support from my friends and doctors I have fully recovered. These are the paintings I created during recovery.
